The trade partners that we work with go through a rigid confirmation process before working with us and we respectfully request that the client’s specified subcontractors adhere to the same stringent company standards and core values that Cassino Building & Development adheres to and that they are licensed, bonded and insured before any work is awarded. This ensures overall project success and your protection.
Q. Why should I hire a commercial contractor instead of a residential contractor?
A. Commercial and residential processes differ significantly. Building materials and methods, building codes and required inspections are quite different between commercial and residential. Furthermore, subcontractors may not be familiar with both disciplines. Cassino Building & Development specializes in commercial projects and we do not work in the residential field.

A. Every project is different. What you should expect is to receive a realistic schedule from day one. A thorough construction schedule will include not only work phases, but material lead times, inspections and implementation of the owner’s items as well. The schedule should be discussed at every weekly progress meeting and address any items that could affect the implementation of the schedule. This allows the owner to make educated decisions and be pro-active throughout the process.

A. The phased construction process is most frequently used when construction is within occupied spaces or when the project is under strict time frames as it allows a project to commence prior to 100% completion of architectural drawings.
